Digital marketing for Long Island businesses

Website, search and paid ads planned as one system, so every channel points customers to the same place and you know what each one is doing.

Long Island, New York

A lot of Long Island businesses end up with a web designer, an SEO company, someone running Google Ads and a nephew handling Facebook. Each one reports on their own corner, nobody owns the whole picture, and the website the ads send people to was never designed for it.

Smashbeat Media is an independent creative and digital studio based on Long Island. We design websites, handle SEO, and run Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns, so the channels are planned together instead of pulling in different directions.

Not every business needs every channel. Part of the job is telling you which ones make sense for your goals and budget, and which ones can wait.

01

How the channels fit together

Each channel does a different job. They work best when they are planned around the same goals and send people to pages built for them.

Website
Where every other channel ends up. If it is slow, unclear or hard to contact you from, every marketing dollar works harder than it should.
SEO
Builds visibility in organic and map results over time, for people already searching for what you offer.
Google Ads
Puts you in front of people searching right now, with control over where, when and for which services you appear.
Meta ads
Facebook and Instagram ads reach people before they start searching, which suits offers, events, launches and visual businesses.

Budgets, framed honestly

There is no correct marketing budget, and we won’t pretend there is a magic number. The right spend depends on what a new customer is worth to you, how competitive your services are locally, and how quickly you need results.

A useful way to think about it: SEO and your website are investments that build over time, while paid ads are closer to a tap you can turn up or down. Ad budgets also have two parts, the media spend that goes to Google or Meta and the management fee for running the campaigns. Keep them separate when you compare proposals.

We would rather start with a focused campaign on your most valuable services, measure what happens, and grow from there than spread a budget thinly across everything at once.

03

Measuring what matters

Clicks and impressions are easy to report and easy to inflate. What you actually care about is calls, form submissions, bookings and sales, and ideally which of those turned into real customers.

We set up conversion tracking so each channel can be judged on the inquiries it brings in, not on vanity numbers. Then we report in plain language: what we did, what it produced, and what we plan to change.

04

One partner across channels

Working with one studio across your website, search and ads means one plan, one point of contact and no finger-pointing when results dip. If ads reveal that a service page isn’t converting, we can fix the page. If SEO shows strong demand for a service, we can test it in Google Ads quickly.

You work directly with founder Andrew Patti, who has run Smashbeat Media since 2013. For businesses that want ongoing help across several channels, a creative retainer gives you an agreed monthly scope, so you have a team on call without adding full-time hires.

Where we work

From Nassau to nationwide

  1. Nassau County

In Nassau’s crowded local markets, tight geographic targeting and clear service pages help ad budgets go further and keep you from paying for clicks you can’t serve.

  2. Suffolk County

For Suffolk businesses with seasonal demand, we plan search and social campaigns around the busy months and adjust spend when things quiet down.

  3. New York City

Ad costs in New York City can run higher, so for city campaigns we focus spend on the neighborhoods, services and times of day most likely to convert.

  4. Tri-State & beyond

For businesses selling across the Tri-State Area or nationwide, we structure campaigns by region so you can see where your best customers actually come from.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do I need every channel to see results?

No. Many businesses start with a solid website plus one channel, often Google Ads or local SEO, and add more once the first is working. We recommend the mix based on your goals and budget.

How much should I spend on ads?

It depends on what a new customer is worth to you, how competitive your services are and how fast you want to grow. We help you set a starting budget you are comfortable with, then adjust based on real results. Ad spend is paid to Google or Meta and is separate from our management fee.

Do you manage organic social media posting?

No. We run paid Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including the ad creative, but we don’t handle day-to-day organic posting or community management.

Can you work with our existing website or ad accounts?

Yes. We can review what you have, keep what is working and fix what isn’t. Your ad accounts, website and data should always stay in your name.

How do I know if it is working?

We set up tracking for the actions that matter to your business, such as calls, form submissions and purchases, and report on those in plain language rather than burying you in clicks and impressions.
