3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience and understand Site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality.

4. Third-Party Tools and Plugins

Our Site uses the following third-party tools to operate and improve the Site:

  • Rank Math Pro — an SEO plugin used to manage page metadata, structured data, and sitemaps to improve how our Site appears in search results. It does not collect personal information from visitors beyond standard site analytics already described in this policy.
  • accessiBe (Web Accessibility widget) — an accessibility tool that adjusts our Site’s interface to improve usability for visitors with disabilities. To provide this functionality, accessiBe may collect limited information such as IP address and accessibility preference selections, stored via cookies, to remember your settings across visits. 5. Google API Data Access

As part of providing digital marketing services to our clients, our internal tools connect to the Google Ads API, Google Analytics (GA4) Data and Admin APIs, and the Google Search Console API on behalf of clients who have authorized us to manage their accounts. Through these connections, we access data including Google Ads account, campaign, ad group, and keyword performance data; Google Analytics property and conversion event data; and Search Console site performance data.

This data is used exclusively to: generate performance reports and account audits; and configure and manage advertising campaigns, keywords, budgets, and bidding strategies on behalf of the client account owner. We do not use this data for any purpose beyond the scope of our engagement with that client, and we do not sell it, share it with unrelated third parties, or use it to build advertising profiles outside the context of the client relationship it was collected for.

Access to a client’s Google account data is granted via Google’s OAuth authorization process and can be revoked at any time by the account owner through their Google Account security settings. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
